Returned items, must be returned within 30 days. They must be sent back with all included pieces and in new condition or will be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Our products fit many different pools that have varying quality levels. We cannot guarantee or assume liability for damage to your pool or other personal property. Use of this product is voluntary and by purchasing them you agree to assume all liability for any damage this product may incur to either people or property.
Overall performance is based on, voltage/amperage applied or allowed, proper professional installation, pool light location and overall quality of pool and equipment.
Our products are intended for entertainment purposes.
Way Cool Pool warrants our LED underwater lights to be free from manufacturers defects in workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. The information stated on this page, overrides any other information provided on this website. This warranty excludes accessories. This is your exclusive warranty and there are no additional warranties that extend beyond the description warranted here. Installation of the products sold by Way Cool Pool, LLC are required to be installed by a licensed professional. If warranty applies, Way Cool Pool shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if proven to be defective under the terms of this warranty of the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present proof of purchase from an authorized Way Cool Pool dealer to obtain warranty service. Dealers, service centers or retail stores do not have the right to change the terms and conditions of the warranty. This warranty is not valid if the product or component have been: (1) used commercially (2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect, (3) damaged in an accident, (4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended, (5) repaired or altered in any way from its original configuration (6) damaged due to any act of nature. (7) corrosion of any type, (8) improper installation,. (9) painted or coated in any way. Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, dents and discoloration is not covered by this warranty. Way Cool Pool, shall not be liable to any purchaser of the product or any third party for any special, indirect, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, lost profits, property damage or personal injury, related in any way to the product, howsoever caused, even if Way Cool Pool had knowledge of the possibility of such damages. Way Cool Pool is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Way Cool Pool reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed installations or products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. LED lights repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. LED replacements or repairs may be refurbished. Shipping fees are not included in repair or replacement costs. Please carefully read and adhere to the instructions provided in the packaging. Damaged or defective products must be returned to Way Cool Pool in adequate packaging at the customers expense. Please include the RMA or provided form upon contact with Way Cool Pool.
A minimum $30 deductible will be applied to all pool light repairs.
Proper Fitment of our products is up to the installer, regardless of prior communications of any type.
Any product used other than for its intended and described purpose will void any warranty.
Any installation of our products require the installer and/or purchaser to follow all applicable laws, rules, guidelines and regulations set fourth by any governing authority or regulatory agency, considered, required or assumed, in correlation with and not limited to, maritime, local, state or federal agencies.
